What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, natural, holistic and complementary form of energy healing. Reiki energy is a beautiful and loving universal life force energy that surrounds and embodies all living things. It has the ability to meet us where we are and give us the healing that we need in this moment. When we experience things like depression, anxiety, pain or illness, this can upset the natural energy flow in our bodies. Reiki has the ability to help restore balance to the flow of energy and promote the body's natural healing ability in the mind, body and soul.
Is Reiki right for me?
Only you can know for certain if Reiki is right for you. I honestly believe that Reiki is for anyone that is open to receive it. The peaceful, calming effect that comes with an energy healing session can be beneficial to anyone no matter what season of life they are in.
What does Reiki feel like?
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people feel gentle tingling sensations, warmth or coolness, while others report seeing colors or visions. Some clients report that they didn't feel anything but a deep sense of calm and relaxation. As every session is unique to what the client needs at that time, there is no right or wrong way to experience a Reiki session.
